It is yet again designed by the yacht designer Fulvio De Simoni who has sketched all the Pershings, since the foundation of the company. The lines of the smooth Pershing are quite sleek as they are made more straight and tense, edged around the side and back windows. But the best of the traits are hidden. The upper deck has a profile shape, constructed like an arch with underlined side glass. The yacht also has a new aft pillar that joins the bulwarks and deckhouse.
Classified as an open-hardtop yacht, the Pershing 140 has a strong flybridge. It can be easily used to host a dining party or used as a wet bar as it has a huge modular solarium. With this yacht, the owners can have a wide-body cabin while leaving other suite-like cabins for their guests.
